体育教育专业是一门对专业技能要求比较苛刻的专业,因此,对体育专业实习带队教师的职业素质有着相当严格的要求。尤其是在当前新课改的大背景下,对体育教学的要求也相应地有所改变。本文通过大量的文献资料查阅和问卷调查、实际访谈等方法对国内体育教育专业实习带队教师素质现状进行了具体地调查分析,针对当前体育教育专业实习带队教师职业素养存在的问题提出相应地对策研究,希望为提高国内体育教育专业实习带队教师的职业素养提供参考意见。
