2013年4月20日8时02分,四川芦山县发生7.0级强烈地震,我院在接到命令后于震后1h内派出2支医疗队紧急赶赴灾区进行医学救援。医疗救治工作展开7天内,共接诊伤病员2400余例次,帐篷内实施清创缝合术291例,手术车内实施清创缝合术18例。现将此次地震救援中清创缝合手术实施情况分析报告如下。
At 20:02 on April 20, 2013, a strong earthquake of magnitude 7.0 occurred in Lushan County, Sichuan Province. After receiving the order, our hospital sent two medical teams to rush to the disaster areas within 1h after the earthquake for medical rescue. Within 7 days of medical treatment, more than 2,400 cases of casualties were received, 291 cases of debridement and suture were performed in the tent, and 18 cases of debridement and suturing were performed in the operation vehicle. Analysis of the implementation of debridement and suture surgery in the earthquake rescue is as follows.
