津市园珠笔厂由于市场竞争激烈。积压严重,应收货款最高额曾为定额流动资金的1.31倍,连续几年亏损。去年以来,我行协助企业加强了流通环节的资金管理,制订了一套明确责任,奖惩兑现的管理办法,使应收货款大大减少。1983年同1982年相比,产值增长10.3％,销售增长27.6％,定额流动资金周转天数加速116天,发出商品余额下降32.5％,应收货款余额下降85.7％,银行贷款余额下降5.4％,当年扭亏为盈。今年一季度较上年同期比较,产值增长42.8％,销售收入增长26％,利润增长7.1％,资金周转加快32天,应收货款减少88％。具体做法是: 一、认真传达贯彻图务院《关于切实加强信贷资金管理,严格控制货币发行的决定》和省分行
