价值链理论自产生起就和企业的成本控制相互联系,并迅速的被广泛的应用于各个行业,因此在新时期下的建筑施工成本的控制还需要紧密的和价值链的相关理论结合,充分利用价值链的相关思想和方法,提出新的和企业实际相关的成本控制思路,为更好的实现企业的成本控制奠定基础。本文将从价值链的相关理论出发,对于建筑施工成本控制的问题进行了总结,最后对于价值链下施工企业的成本管理进行分析和论述。
The theory of value chain is interconnected with the cost control of the enterprise since its establishment and has been widely used in various industries rapidly. Therefore, the control of construction cost in the new period needs to be closely integrated with the relevant theories in the value chain. Using the related thought and method of the value chain, put forward new ideas of cost control related to the actual enterprise, and lay the foundation for better control of the cost of the enterprise. Based on the related theories of value chain, this paper summarizes the problems of construction cost control, and finally analyzes and discusses the cost management of construction enterprises under the value chain.
