The Flood (1906 ~ 1956) was the only foreign general to be awarded the title of PLA. He formerly known as Wu Yuanbo, also known as Wu Hongxiu, Hanoi, Vietnam, was studying in France and Ho Chi Minh students. In 1924, Dr. Sun Yat-sen founded Whampoa Military Academy, recruiting Borodin as a consultant to the Soviet Union, and Ho Chi Minh was the Secretary of Borodin.
