开发完善的监控系统是实现盾构自动化施工的重要手段。采用模块化设计方法搭建大型盾构掘进试验台控制系统,由PXI仪器实时采集水土压力信号,PLC控制器对盾构掘进试验过程进行逻辑控制。系统基于Profibus现场总线技术,采用主从式通讯网络实现上位机、控制器及设备间的数据交互,完成现场试验控制。采用LabVIEW编程软件设计用户程序,实现状态监测、参数设置、数据管理及故障报警等功能。测试结果表明此监控系统运行稳定,具有数据传输速度快,抗干扰能力强,可靠性高等优点。
The development of a sound monitoring system is an important means to realize the construction of shield automation. The modular design method is used to build a large shield tunneling test bed control system. The PXI instrument collects the water and soil pressure signals in real time, and the PLC controller performs logic control on the shield tunneling test. System based on Profibus fieldbus technology, using master-slave communication network to achieve PC, controller and data exchange between devices to complete the field test control. Using LabVIEW programming software to design the user program, to achieve status monitoring, parameter setting, data management and fault alarm and other functions. Test results show that the monitoring system is stable, with data transmission speed, anti-interference ability, high reliability.
