高职院校的育人目的是培养高技能型人才,利用实训教学来锻炼学生的综合能力已经得到各个高职院校的重视,如何建立完善的实训技能考核评价体系是现阶段的重要任务。本文借鉴国外发达国家职业院校的实训技能考核评价体系,针对湖南外贸职业学院电子商务专业的特色,探讨阶段目标评价、评价过程的开展与评价体系的构建方式。
The purpose of educating students in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate highly-skilled personnel. The use of practical training to train students’ comprehensive ability has been paid attention to by all vocational colleges. How to establish a perfect evaluation system of practical training skills is of great importance at this stage task. This article draws lessons from the practical skills evaluation system of the vocational colleges in developed countries, aiming at the characteristics of e-commerce specialty in Hunan Foreign Trade Vocational College, discusses the development of the target evaluation and evaluation process and the construction of evaluation system.
