针对森林火灾突发后快速应急响应决策问题,给出了基于相似度计算的应急响应方案选择方法。在该方法中,首先,对森林火灾事件的属性体系进行描述;然后,给出当前火灾事件的缺失属性值的估计方法;通过计算当前火灾事件与森林火灾源事件各对应属性的相似度,得到全局相似度;在此基础上,提取出与当前火灾事件最相似的森林火灾源事件,并将其应急响应方案作为当前火灾的应急响应参考方案。实例分析表明,提出的方法可行有效。
Aiming at the problem of rapid emergency response after a forest fire, a selection method of emergency response scheme based on similarity calculation is given. In this method, firstly, the attribute system of forest fire events is described; then, the method of estimating the missing attribute values of current fire events is given; and by calculating the similarity between the current fire events and the corresponding attributes of forest fire source events, Based on this, the most similar forest fire source events are extracted from the current fire events, and the emergency response plan is taken as the reference plan of the current fire emergency response. The case study shows that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
