目的 探讨银杏叶提取物 (商品名达纳康 )对糖尿病视网膜病变 (diabetic retinopathy,DR)视网膜光凝术后早期视网膜功能改变的干预效果。 方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究的方法将 6 0例 6 0只眼 ~ 期 DR患者分为达纳康用药组和对照组。应用多焦视觉诱发反应图象系统 (visual evokedresponse image system,VERIS)对视网膜激光光凝术前、术后第 3d和术后第 7d的多焦视网膜电图进行了定量研究。 结果 视网膜光凝术前对照组和用药组的年龄、性别组成、血糖、糖尿病病程和 DR病程均具有可比性。两组术前多焦视网膜电图 (multifocal electro- retinogram,MERG)各波的反应密度和 N1、P1波潜伏期差异无显著性的意义。与术前比较 ,术后第 3d用药组 MERG各波大部份象限的潜伏期无显著改变。N1波、P1波、N2波反应密度较术前减小 ,但下降的幅度均较对照组小。用药组 N1和 P1波潜伏期较对照组显著缩短。P1波和 N2波的黄斑中央 5°区域反应密度显著高于对照组。术后第 7d,两组之间 N1和 P1波潜伏期差异仍有显著性的意义 ;各波反应密度差异无显著性的意义。 结论 达纳康可能在一定程度上减轻糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜光凝术后 ,早期视网膜功能的损害
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of ginkgo biloba extract (Dana Kang) on the changes of early retinal function after diabetic retinopathy (DR) retinal photocoagulation. Methods Sixty patients with 60 eyes of stage DR were divided into two groups: darukang drug group and control group by prospective randomized controlled study. The multifocal electroretinogram (ECG) before retinal laser photocoagulation, 3 days after surgery and 7 days after surgery were quantitatively studied with visual evoked response system (VERIS). Results Before retinal photocoagulation, the control group and medication group were comparable in age, sex composition, blood glucose, diabetes duration and DR duration. There was no significant difference in the response density and N1, P1 wave latency between the two groups of preoperative multifocal electro- retinogram (MERG) wave. Compared with preoperative, there was no significant change in the latency of most quadrants of MERG wave in the third day after operation. N1 wave, P1 wave, N2 wave response density decreased compared with preoperative, but the decline in amplitude than the control group. The N1 and P1 waves in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The reaction density of P1 and N2 in the central 5 ° area of the macula was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was still significant difference in the latency of N1 and P1 waves between the two groups on the 7th day after operation. There was no significant difference in the response density between the two groups. Conclusions Danone may reduce the damage of early retinal function after retinal photocoagulation in patients with diabetic retinopathy to a certain extent
