目的 完善感冒通片质量标准 ,建立胆红素HPLC含量测定方法。方法 采用C1 8反相色谱柱 ,以甲醇 氯仿 1%磷酸 (81∶13∶6 )为流动相 ,λ =44 9nm ;供试品溶液制备采用含微量水的酸性氯仿 甲醇混合溶液 (氯仿 甲醇 水 盐酸 =90∶10∶0 .3∶0 .0 15 )超声提取。结果 回收率 10 0 .2 % ,RSD =2 % ,线性范围 0 .0 2 5~ 0 .12 5 μg ,线性方程Y =2 6 3837X + 2 48(r=0 .999)。 结论 本法专属性强 ,重现性和准确性良好 ,提取胆红素的溶剂盐酸浓度和微量水是稳定性关键
Objective To improve the quality standards of cold pass, establish HPLC method for the determination of bilirubin. Methods The mobile phase consisted of chloroform-chloroform 1% phosphoric acid (81:13:6) and λ = 44 9 nm. The sample solution was prepared with a mixture of chloroform and methanol Hydrochloric acid = 90: 10: 0 .3: 0 15) Sonicate. Results The recovery rate was 10.2%, RSD was 2%, and the linear range was 0.0025 to 0.125 μg. The linear equation was Y = 263837X + 248 (r = 0.999). Conclusion This method is specific, reproducible and accurate, and the solvent hydrochloric acid concentration and trace water extracted bilirubin are the key to stability
