目前我国高职院校改革与发展的首要任务是要加强办学指导思想的建设。办学指导思想建设体现在这几个方面:坚持党的教育方针,因地因校制订有特色的办学思路;明确高职院的层次和定位;在办学过程中要制定科学合理的近期、中期和长期发展目标;牢固确立教育教学工作的中心地位,走产学研结合的发展之路。
At present, the primary task of the reform and development of higher vocational colleges in our country is to strengthen the building of the guiding ideology of running a school. The guiding ideology of running a school is reflected in these aspects: upholding the party’s education policy, formulating a school-based thinking for running a school due to local conditions, clarifying the level and orientation of higher vocational colleges, formulating a scientific and rational near-term, medium-term Long-term development goals; firmly establish the center of education and teaching work, take the combination of production and research development.
