以银杏叶、枇杷叶和桂花叶等园林废弃物所制备黄酮为原料,DPPH·清除率为抗氧化活性评价指标,用响应面法和直接比较法研究三种黄酮之间的协同抗氧化作用.响应面法结果显示,三种黄酮复合抗氧化剂的最佳配方为:银杏叶黄酮6.00μg/mL、枇杷叶黄酮13.22μg/mL、桂花叶黄酮16.97μg/mL,此条件下体系对DPPH·清除率为41.88%.复配抗氧化剂对DPPH·清除率产生一定的拮抗作用.直接比较法结果表明,三种黄酮之间的协同抗氧化作用与各抗氧化物质本身的抗氧化能力、抗氧化物质有效浓度等因素有关,其中银杏叶黄酮所占比例越大,其抗氧化效果越强;复合抗氧化剂活性低于单一抗氧化剂;低浓度时,两因子协同效果的大小与响应面结果完全一致.低浓度时可以用响应面法和直接比较法来研究三种黄酮之间的协同抗氧化作用.
The flavonoids prepared from garden wastes, such as ginkgo leaf, loquat leaf and osmanthus fragrans leaf, were used as raw materials. The DPPH · scavenging rate was the index of antioxidant activity, and the synergistic antioxidant activity of the three flavonoids was studied by response surface methodology and direct comparison method. The results of response surface methodology showed that the optimum formulation of the three flavonoids antioxidant was 6.00μg / mL of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba, 13.22μg / mL of flavonoids of loquat leaf and 16.97μg / mL of flavone of Osmanthus fragrans. Under these conditions, The rate was 41.88% .Compounded with antioxidants on the DPPH · clearance rate of a certain antagonistic effect.Direct comparison results show that the synergistic antioxidant activity of the three flavonoids with the antioxidant capacity of the antioxidant capacity, antioxidants The concentration of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba increased with the increase of antioxidants and the activity of composite antioxidants was lower than that of single antioxidants. The synergistic effect of two factors was completely consistent with the response surface at low concentration. At low concentrations, response surface methodology and direct comparison can be used to study the synergistic antioxidant activity of the three flavones.
