介绍了用直线步进电机直接驱动的往复活塞压缩机的基本结构、工作原理和控制方法。直线步进电机驱动的活塞压缩机不仅减少了传统的由旋转电机驱动的往复压缩机机械损耗大的缺点,而且克服了以往直线电动活塞压缩机和电磁振动活塞压缩机活塞行程控制复杂的难点,具有很大的发展潜力和推广应用前景。
The basic structure, working principle and control method of reciprocating piston compressor driven by linear stepping motor are introduced. Linear stepping motor-driven piston compressor not only reduces the traditional mechanical loss of reciprocating compressors driven by rotating electrical machines, but also overcomes the difficulties in the conventional stroke control of linear linear piston compressors and electromagnetic vibrating piston compressors. Has great potential for development and application prospects.
