在中国股市牛气十足呈现出一片繁荣景象、全民皆股热情高涨的情势下,对于投资者们而言,2007年6月1日正式实施的《破产法》的意义和影响何在呢?对于上市公司、证券公司、基金管理公司如果身陷破产困境时,是否也适用此法呢?近期,由上海汇业律所承办,在华东政法学院召开的《破产法》实施与破产管理人制度的研讨会上,与会者们也就此展开了热议。
