晚发性Vitk缺乏致颅内出血已越来越受到临床重视。现总结我院1987年～1997年10年间38例及部分随访病例进行分析: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 38例中,男29例,女9例。年龄28天～2个月21例,～3个月15例,～4个月2例。单纯母乳喂养36例,混合喂养2例。早产儿1例,过期产儿3例,其余全部为足月儿。患儿病前有腹泻史10例,上感史6例,用过抗生素9例。发病到就诊时间最短5小时,最长1周。
Late onset Vitk deficiency caused by intracranial hemorrhage has been increasingly clinically valued. Are summarized in our hospital from 1987 to 1997, 38 cases and some cases of follow-up analysis: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 38 cases, 29 males and 9 females. 21 cases were aged from 28 days to 2 months, 15 cases were ~ 3 months and 2 cases were ~ 4 months. Breastfeeding in 36 cases, mixed feeding in 2 cases. 1 case of premature children, 3 cases of obstetric children, all the rest of the full-term children. Children with diarrhea before the disease in 10 cases, the sense of history in 6 cases, 9 cases of antibiotics. The onset of treatment to the shortest 5 hours, up to 1 week.
