近年来,各地检察机关立足查办与预防职务犯罪职能,积极参与廉政风险防控工作,但实践中检察机关对参与活动没有作出统一规定。文章通过阐述检察机关参与廉政风险防控工作的概念和特点入手,分析参与工作的必要性和可行性,厘清当前风险防控中存在的问题,提出检察机关可探索建立全方位、多层次的立体参与模式的设想。
In recent years, procuratorial organs around the country have been basing themselves on the functions of investigating and preventing job-related crimes and actively participating in the prevention and control of corruption risks. However, in practice, the procuratorial organs have not made any unified provisions on participation in such activities. By explaining the concept and characteristics of the procuratorial organs participating in the anti-corruption risk prevention and control work, the article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of participating in the work, clarifies the existing problems in risk prevention and control, and proposes that the prosecutorial agencies can explore the establishment of all-dimensional multi-level three-dimensional Imagination of participation patterns.
