The new year has come, and history has stepped into the 1990s. The editorial department of “Highway” would like to extend my congratulation on the New Year to everyone and wish you all the best in your new year. The past 80’s has been a decade of remarkable achievements made by China’s highway construction. Fortunately, the monthly “Highway” magazine has contributed a lot to the prosperity of the road construction. Since the restoration and publication of the “Highway” in 1980, a total of 10 years have passed.
