在车床或磨床工作中,零件常常以内孔来定位。加工时非但精度要求较高,而且要保证被夹紧的表面不受损伤。为此,生产中常采用各种结构的内涨式弹簧夹头。本文介绍一种内涨式异径弹簧夹头,可用来加工各种内孔成阶梯形的零件, 这种夹头的结构如附图。弹簧夹4和5用У7A工具钢制成,其工作部分淬硬到R_C48~52,尾部淬硬到R_C30~32。圆锥角α=30°,这样能保证拆卸工件时弹簧夹不致卡住。弹簧夹的扩张量不应大于0.5毫米。
