With the development of social economy,the social attributes of internal control are also developed in it’s historical evolution,this paper discusses the connotation of social attributes embodied in the internal control objectives,and the core content of the social attributes contained in the internal control elements,and finally points out the limitations of internal control is good agent to promote the social attributes.
