According to the Machinery Industry Standard Development Plan for 1991, the two professional standards of “Technical conditions for high-profile caterpillar bulldozers” and “Type test method for high-grade prototype crawler bulldozers” were drafted by the Xining Plateau Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
