《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出:信息技术对教育发展具有革命性影响,必须予以高度重视。数字化实验指使用传感器、数据采集器和计算机等数字化实验系统的实验。数字化实验是信息技术应用于化学教学的重要平台。为推广数字化实验和提高数字化实验应用水平,中国教育学会化学教学专业委员会、南京师范大学、《化学教与学》杂志社决定联合举办第五届“威尼尔”(Vernier)杯全国化学数字化实验教学应用及创新设计展评活动(简称“V杯赛”),并根据中国教育学会的要求将活动命名为
“The Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” pointed out that information technology has a revolutionary impact on education development and must be given high priority. Digital experiments refer to experiments using digital experimental systems such as sensors, data collectors, and computers. Digital experimentation is an important platform for the application of information technology to chemistry teaching. In order to promote digital experimentation and improve the application level of digital experiments, the Chemistry Teaching Professional Committee of the Chinese Education Society, Nanjing Normal University, and the Journal of Chemistry Teaching and Research decided to jointly hold the 5th Vernier Cup National Chemistry. Digital experiment teaching application and innovative design exhibition evaluation activities (abbreviated as “V Cup competition”), and named the event according to the requirements of the Chinese Education Association.
