《少先队辅导员工作纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)根据不同年龄少年儿童的特点, 提出了少先队教育的要求,明确了少先队辅导员的工作任务,是检验和考核辅导员工作的标准和依据。在学习与落实的过程中,我们深刻地认识到:《纲要》的出台和实施,标志着少先队工作进入了一个崭新的阶段。为使《纲要》真正贯彻到基层少先队组织中,我们主要从“五抓”入手开展了一系列工作:
