O2/CO2燃煤技术被认为是最具发展前景捕获和封存CO2技术之一,可在现有电厂实现技术改造。近二十多年的O2/CO2燃煤发展过程,SO2问题一直处于被忽视的环节。然而此燃烧方式下,气相SO2浓度水平的显著提高,对CO2控制单元造成较严重的影响。此文,通过SO2对富氧燃烧CO2烟气流控制单元所产生影响,以及对传统燃烧方式下硫在炉内不同区域生成的路径分析及影响因素的了解,加之近年来硫“非平衡”问题的提出,对后续富氧燃烧硫相关研究提出展望。
O2 / CO2 coal-fired technology is considered as one of the most promising capture and sequestration CO2 technologies that can be retrofitted into existing power plants. Nearly two decades of O2 / CO2 coal-fired development process, SO2 problem has been in the neglected part. However, under this combustion mode, the significant increase of SO2 concentration in the gas phase has a serious impact on the CO2 control unit.
