大学生就业难的状况一直是当今社会关注的焦点。要解决大学生就业难的问题,除了需要政府出台相关的就业政策外,还需要各大高校重视对就业指导课课程体系的建设,以提高大学生的就业能力。地方民族高校如何在社会经济水平相对较低、教学资源相对落后的情况下,充分发挥和挖掘就业指导课的作用,进而帮助学生就业,这是一个现实而急迫的问题。本文通过分析地方民族高校就业指导课课程设计与实施的现状,探讨如何进行地方民族高校就业指导课的课程改革,为解决地方民族高校学生就业问题提出合理化建议。
Difficulties in employment of college students has been the focus of attention in today’s society. In order to solve the problem of college graduates’ employment difficulties, in addition to requiring the government to issue relevant employment policies, major universities and colleges are also required to attach importance to the construction of the career guidance class curriculum so as to enhance the employability of college graduates. How to give full play to and tap the role of employment guidance classes to help students get employed under the condition of relatively low socio-economic level and relatively backward teaching resources, is a realistic and urgent problem. This article analyzes the status quo of the curriculum design and implementation of employment guidance courses in local ethnic universities, discusses how to carry out the curriculum reform of employment guidance courses in local ethnic universities in order to put forward reasonable suggestions to solve the employment problems of local ethnic minority colleges and universities.
