用双硫腙灌胃复制大鼠缺锌模型.采用生化和原子吸收法测定缺锌大鼠血浆碱性磷酸酶活性和锌浓度;电镜观察缺锌和补锌3、7、10和14天后海马CA3区髓鞘结构的变化.结果:缺锌大鼠血浆碱性磷酸酶活性和锌浓度明显降低(P<0.05);海马CA3区髓鞘结构的结构松散轴浆内细胞器(线粒体等)减少,补锌7~10天开始恢复.提示锌参与海马髓鞘正常结构的维持.
Zinc deficiency rat model was induced by intragastric administration of dithizone.The alkaline phosphatase activity and zinc concentration in zinc deficient rats were measured by biochemistry and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The hippocampus of hippocampus was observed by electron microscopy after zinc deficiency and zinc supplementation for 3, 7, 10 and 14 days CA3 region myelin sheath structure changes.Results: Zinc-deficient rats plasma alkaline phosphatase activity and zinc concentration was significantly lower (P <0.05); hippocampal CA3 area myelin structure loose axon organelles (mitochondria, etc.) decreased, Zinc supplementation began to recover from 7 to 10 days, suggesting that zinc participates in the maintenance of the normal structure of the hippocampus myelin sheath.
