实践性教学环节是电大远程开放教育中不可或缺的一个重要教学环节,同时也是在组织实施方面相对有较大难度的一个环节。对于这一教学环节,普通高校已经有了较为完整的教学计划和丰富的教学经验,但它并不能完全适用于具有分散性、流动性、自主性特点的远程开放教育实践教学。尤其是对于法学专业来说,要更好地满足其所要求的较强实践性、灵活性,目前,在实践教学方面尚没有成型的模式。本文立足于培养法律实用型人才教学目标,通过对问卷调查、法庭旁听、法律实践这三种实践形式的介绍,探讨在远程开放教育环境下法学专业实践环节教学模式,以期推动电大的法学教学改革,提高教学效率。
Practical teaching is an indispensable teaching link in the education of open and distance education in the TVU. It is also a link that is relatively more difficult in organization and implementation. For this teaching link, ordinary colleges and universities already have a relatively complete teaching plan and rich teaching experience, but it can not be fully applied to practice teaching of distance and open education with the characteristics of decentralization, liquidity and autonomy. Especially for the law major, in order to better meet the required practicality and flexibility, at present, there is no molding mode in practice teaching. Based on the goal of training law practical talents, this paper discusses the teaching mode of law practice in distance and open education through the introduction of three practical forms, including questionnaire survey, court hearing and legal practice, in order to promote the reform of law teaching in RTVU , Improve teaching efficiency.
