中国学术进入原创阶段需要进行前提反思与自我批判。对学术研究路径依赖的检讨,对西方学术有效性的再认识表明,中国学术的表达方式必须从我们生活的时代及时代的生活“再出发”。基于中国学术语境看学术论文的质量,包括研究层次、理论境界与学术评价问题,这是中国学术期刊编辑实践的时代要求和现实起点,同时也决定了学术期刊的发稿方向;学术期刊作为一种互动性的学术活动不能脱离评价与研究,需要在“评价体系—学术期刊—学术研究”的整体链条中确立其观察角度和判断尺度。因此,中国学术期刊应该以符合学术发展和创新规律的要求引导论文的发表,限制知识性论文,鼓励评论性论文,倡导思想性论文,激励当代中国学术话语体系的建构,扭转各种评价模式因其示范效应所加剧的思想创造衰竭的趋势。
