[目的]为及时查清引起食物中毒的原因。[方法]2011年7月根据《食品卫生检验方法》注解微生物部分和有关参考资料,对可疑食品进行致病性肠道杆菌、致病性弧菌、致病性球菌等的检测。[结果]在原料海蛏肉及患者腹泻便中,检出3株生物学性状相同的细菌,该菌的嗜盐性和生化试验结果均与文献书等资料描述相符,由此确认该菌为拟态弧菌。[结论]根据流行病学调查和病原学检验结果确认这是1起由拟态弧菌感染海蛏肉所引起的食物中毒。
[Objective] To find out the cause of food poisoning in time. [Method] July 2011 According to “Microbiological section of the method of food hygiene test” and relevant reference materials, pathogenic enterobacteriaceae, pathogenic Vibrio, pathogenic cocci and so on were tested on suspicious foods. [Results] Three strains of bacteria with the same biological traits were detected in the raw material of seaweed and the diarrhea of the patients. The results of the halophilic and biochemical tests showed that the strain was consistent with the literature and other data. Vibrio mimicus. [Conclusion] According to the results of epidemiological investigation and pathogen test, it was confirmed that this was a food poisoning caused by Minamata hyphae infection.
