本文介绍一种研究皮肤微循环的新的动物模型。作者对64只纯种无毛小鼠在烫伤前、中、后,用显微镜观察耳部微循环的变化。把小鼠于仰卧位放入大小同显微玻片的空心有机玻璃管中,仅一只耳伸出至观察室内。用玻片夹夹好。观察室和管子之间予以密封。观察室两侧分别通进入管和外出管。室内置针形热电偶探头。进入管经三通活塞与60℃的热水浴和室温水浴接通。外出管连接抽吸泵。
