在京津冀协同发展的背景下,三地影视产业格局发生着一定变化,与影视产业息息相关的影视基地发展也需要与之相配合,进行调整。根据市场需求,2016年初提出了三地协同发展影视基地,打造影视产业集群的思路。在河北省原有影视基地基础之上发挥集群效应,将影视基地打造的更为完美,以满足影视业发展的需求。研究影视基地集群建设的前提,就是要总结、分析、归纳出河北现有影视基地现状,为后面的研究打下铺垫。
