目前,我国学前教育男性教师比例过低,在学前教育中,男性干预的实践远远落后于理论和理解的发展,影响了学前教育发展研究,目前,我国学前教育教师的性别结构很不平衡,一方面,男教师对孩子们在幼儿时期的影响是不可替代的;另一方面,男教师在从事学前教育事业的过程中又面临着社会偏见、待遇不高以及学科专业设置不合理的困境。学前教育如何才能吸引和留住男教师,已成为学前教育领域一个亟待解决的问题。本文试图从男教师从事学前教育对幼儿的影响以及男性身份角色在学前教育事业中所面临的各种困境入手,提出解决学前教育男教师比例过低这一顽结的对策,从而使越来越多优秀的男性教师加入学前教育行列。
At present, the proportion of male teachers in preschool education in our country is too low. In pre-school education, the practice of male intervention lags far behind the development of theory and understanding, affecting the development of preschool education. At present, the gender structure of preschool teachers in our country is not balanced, On the one hand, the influence of male teachers on children in early childhood can not be replaced; on the other hand, male teachers face social prejudice, low pay and irrational subject setting in pre-school education. How pre-school education can attract and retain male teachers has become a pressing issue in preschool education. This article attempts to start from male teachers ’preschool education’s impact on young children and various plight faced by men’s role in pre-school education, and proposes to solve the stubborn countermeasure of pre-school male teachers’ proportion is too low, Many outstanding male teachers join the ranks of pre-school education.
