我国在不长的时间内制定了专利法、商标法、著作权法、计算机软件保护法等一系列知识产权保护法,那么,依靠这些法规,是不是就能保证我们在国内外技术贸易中一帆风顺?我们把这个问题带到了年会。《中国科协首届青年学术年会论文集(交叉学科分册)》中的一篇题为《试探中国科技法“边缘效应”的纵横接点》的论文引起了我们的兴趣。大会期间,我们采访了该文作者、日本立教大学法学博士生张辉。
China has formulated a series of intellectual property protection laws such as the Patent Law, the Trademark Law, the Copyright Law, and the Computer Software Protection Law in a relatively short period of time. Can these laws and regulations ensure that we will be able to smooth out trade in technology both at home and abroad? We brought this issue to the annual meeting. An essay entitled “The Vertical and Horizontal Conversation” of the Fringe Effect of “Tentatively on China's Sci-tech Laws” has attracted our interest in the Proceedings of the First Annual Conference of Young Scientists in China Association for the Study of Science and Technology (Interdisciplinary Branch Volume). During the conference, we interviewed the author, Zhang Hui, a doctoral student in law at Japan Rikkyo University.
