In recent years, the management costs for health relief in the United States have increased dramatically. Once considered, the idea of whether it is possible to reduce the unified management of health and sickness benefits is difficult to achieve. For this purpose, only the nationalization of the health service will be implemented. D. Himmelste-in of Cambridge Hospital, Massachusetts, and S. Woolhandler of the Boston University School of Public Health, collected data on health management costs across the United States. According to statistics, during the period from 1970 to 1982, the number of managers in the medical system increased by 171%, which was equivalent to three times the number of doctors (48% for doctors), nurses, and other personnel directly engaged in medical work (up 57%). In 1983, the expenditure on health management expenses in the United States was not less than US$77.07 billion, accounting for about 22% of the total health expenditure.
