高速度、高精度加工一直是机械加工的追求目标,刀具系统也应与之适应。本文分析了现今通行的7:24锥柄的缺点,提出了HSK型刀柄的结构,其定位精度及重复装夹精度可小于2μm。
High-speed, high-precision machining has always been the pursuit of machining objectives, tool system should be adapted. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the 7:24 taper shank nowadays and proposes the structure of the HSK shank. The positioning precision and the precision of the repeated clamping can be less than 2μm.
