By analyzing the close relationship between the development process of Pangang and the design of general plan and transportation, the important position and function of general plan transport in the design of the steel industry are confirmed. It proves that the design of general plan transport conforms to the objective needs of social and economic development in full accord. And urban development has made a greater contribution.
