浙江省环保厅发布《浙江省挥发性有机物深化治理与减排工作方案(2017-2020年)》(公开征求意见稿),方案明确表示,以环杭州湾等区域为VOCs污染防治重点地区,重点推进石化、化工、工业涂装、包装印刷、合成革、制鞋、化纤、印染、橡胶和塑料制品、仓储等重点行业和交通、面源等领域VOCs污染减排,以重点企业的深化治理为抓手推进重点工程减排,大幅削减VOCs排放总量。
The Zhejiang Provincial Environmental Protection Agency issued the “Work Plan for the Treatment and Emission Reduction of Volatile Organic Compounds in Zhejiang Province (2017-2020)” (public consultation draft). The plan clearly stated that the Hangzhou Bay and other areas were key areas for VOCs pollution control.
