上海锦江分馆主楼高153m,坐落在瑞金一路长乐路口的西南角,南距长乐中学教学楼6m,西面6m左右为三层木架民房。基地占地面积约6800m~2,主楼和裙房基础布满整个基地。主楼位于基地西南角,约占基地面积的1/4强。基地地势较低,暴雨季节有积水,地面标高为BM+2.600～+3.110,由东北向西南逐渐升高。
The main building of Shanghai Jinjiang Branch is 153m high. It is located in the southwest corner of the Changle Road junction of Ruijin First Road. It is 6m away from the teaching building of Changle Middle School in the south and is a three-story wooden house in the west about 6m. The base covers an area of about 6800m2, and the main building and podium base fill the entire base. The main building is located in the southwestern corner of the base, which accounts for about a quarter of the area of the base. The base has a low topography and there is accumulated water in the rainy season. The ground elevation is BM+2.600 to +3.110, which gradually increases from the northeast to the southwest.
