作者报告鼻内CO_2激光手术250例,手术在显微镜下施行。全麻206例,局麻44例。气化/切除两侧息肉31,单侧息肉19,两侧下鼻甲部分切除61;活检和气化中隔血管瘤7,肉芽瘤5,乳头状瘤8,鳞癌1;气化毛细血管扩张9,粘连7;切除/气化中隔棘或偏曲86;气化鼻前庭狭窄13,鼻小柱囊肿3。并发症共20例:计术中明显出血1,中度出血3;术后明显出血1,轻度出血6;中隔穿孔2,干燥性鼻炎1,鼻阻塞复发4,鼻皮肤表面热灼伤2。鼻内激光手术的防护措施:术者两手戴湿
The authors report intranasal CO_2 laser surgery in 250 cases, surgery under the microscope. 206 cases of general anesthesia, local anesthesia in 44 cases.
