患者,男性,28岁,于2年前因下腹部钝痛、有时出现排尿中断及尿中有米粒大结石,乃将一根长60cm,粗0.5mm 铝线从尿道插入膀胱后未能取出。3个月后,患者下腹部疼痛及排尿中断等症状逐渐加重,在外院治疗未见好转,于1983年10月16日住院治疗。检查:肾区无叩击痛,腹部无压痛,尿路平片显示:膀胱区有一约乒乓球大小之结石阴影。其内有金属线缠绕。尿常规:蛋白(+),白细胞(+～++),红细
The patient, male, 28 years old, had dull pain in the lower abdomen 2 years ago. Sometimes there was interruption of micturition and large grains of rice in urine. A patient with a length of 60 cm and thick 0.5 mm aluminum wire was unable to be removed after inserting the aluminum wire from the urethra into the bladder.
