本文分析63例与右心导管同期记录的71次肺动脉瓣口多普勒流速曲线。结果显示用床旁目测法判断此流速曲线峰值的提前程度,可以估测肺动脉高压的程度。

This paper analyzes the 63 cases of right heart catheterization recorded 71 times the pulmonary valve Doppler flow velocity curve. The results show that the visualization of the bed next to determine the peak value of this flow rate curve in advance, you can assess the extent of pulmonary hypertension.
