本品对大鼠及豚鼠被动皮肤过敏(PCA)的IgE及IgG参与的抗原抗体反应抑制作用强,在体内可较强地抑制特异抗原所致人肺的慢反应物质(SRS-A)及组胺的游离,特别是对SRS-A抑制效果良好。 36例鼻变态反应患者给予本品4周,每日3粒胶囊(每粒胶囊含量75mg),结果,总改善率较高,“中等改善”以上58%,“轻度改善”以上87%。本品起效快。未发现副作用及临床检查值异常。有用度判定,“有用”以上58%,“稍有用”以上94%。 238例支气管哮喘患者给予本品6～44周,每日3粒胶囊,总改善率为“中等改善”以
