目的 探讨腰椎结核后路病灶清除适应证与方法。方法 分析 8例病人的治疗效果 ,叙述后路手术方法。结果 8例病人施行后路病灶清除 ,神经功能完全恢复 6例 ,明显恢复 2例 ,6例植骨病人获骨性融合 ,没有并发症。结论 腰椎后路病灶清除与融合术治疗腰椎后缘结核合并神经损害病人能够获得成功
Objective To investigate the indications and methods of removing lesions of posterior lumbar tuberculosis. Methods Eight cases of patients were analyzed for the treatment effect, described the posterior approach. Results In the 8 cases, the lesions of the posterior pathology were cleared, the neurological function recovered completely in 6 cases, the obvious recovery in 2 cases, and the bone grafting in 6 cases got the bony fusion with no complications. Conclusion The successful treatment of lumbar posterior tuberculosis complicated with neurological damage can be achieved with the treatment of lumbar posterior lesion clearance and fusion
