为探讨抗氧化剂维生素E和元素硒对脂质过氧化诱导内皮细胞表达细胞粘附分子及单核细胞粘附的影响,用联胺诱发培养内皮细胞脂质过氧化,检测维生素E和元素硒对单核细胞粘附的影响,用免疫组化及共焦显微镜观察维生素E和元素硒对内皮细胞表达血管细胞粘附分子1 及内皮细胞白细胞粘附分子1 的影响。结果显示抗氧化剂维生素E和元素硒可抑制内皮细胞脂质过氧化,抑制血管细胞粘附分子1 及内皮细胞白细胞粘附分子1 表达,减少单核细胞粘附。提示抗氧化剂有可能通过抑制内皮细胞表达细胞粘附分子,减少单核细胞粘附而延缓动脉粥样硬化病变的发生及发展

The results showed that antioxidants vitamin E and elemental selenium can inhibit endothelial lipid peroxidation, inhibit vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 and endothelial cell leukocyte adhesion molecule 1 expression, reduce monocyte adhesion. It is suggested that antioxidants may delay the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic lesions by inhibiting the expression of cell adhesion molecules in endothelial cells and reducing monocyte adhesion
