食品安全事件频发引发社会公众对食品安全问题的高度关注,惩治危害食品安全犯罪成为各级司法机关保障民生的重要内容。2013年1月份至2014年5月间,河南省许昌市检察机关共受理公安机关提请批准逮捕涉及危害食品安全犯罪案件82件92人,其中涉嫌生产、销售有毒有害食品犯罪案件56件63人,涉嫌生产、销售不符合食品安全标准食品犯罪案件26件29人。笔者分析存在的问题,并提出相应对
The frequent occurrence of food safety incidents has caused the public to pay close attention to the issue of food safety. Punishing the crimes endangering food safety has become an important part of the people’s livelihood guaranteed by judicial organs at all levels. From January 2013 to May 2014, the prosecutorial agencies in Xuchang City, Henan Province, accepted a total of 92 cases involving public security organs for apprehending 82 cases involving crimes against food safety, among which 56 were suspected of producing or selling poisonous and harmful food crimes, Suspected of producing or selling 26 cases of 29 food crimes that do not meet the food safety standards.
