《学校教职工代表大会规定》是学校民主政治建设的重要规章,决定着各级各类学校教职工代表大会的发展水平。作为法规性文件,理应表达上术语规范,文字上逻辑严密,操作上贴近实用。实施中,需要准确定位主体,划清职责分工,明确表决方式,理顺权责关系,才能推进学校教职工代表大会规范与完善。
The Regulations of School Staff Representatives are the important rules governing the construction of democratic politics in schools and determine the level of development of the faculty congresses at all levels of schools. As a regulatory document, it should be expressed on the terms of norms, the text on the logical, close to practical operation. In the implementation, we need to accurately locate the main body, draw a clear division of responsibilities, clear the voting method, and straighten out the relationship between rights and responsibilities in order to promote the standardization and perfection of the school faculty representative conference.
