四川省成都市最近研制、推广了一万多口“薄壳钢筋预制大板沼气池”,效果良好,深受群众欢迎。一该池主要优点 1.整体性好,强度高,较好地解决了小预制件池墙退位的问题。 2.大板嵌缝较少(比小板减少89％),池内表面平整,密封效果好,抗拉、抗压强度比一般池高两倍多。 3.节约用材,减少费用,缩短工期,建池用材(水泥、砂、卵石)比混凝土浇筑减少50％以上,比小板预制块减少用量43％,建池费用每池可降低16.97％,制作和安砌时间可缩短一倍。因而,此种池型有利于农村推广。
