杨树是辽宁省主要造林树种之一,栽培比较广泛。目前,全省杨树栽培面积达500万亩(不包括林网及“四旁”绿化),其中速生丰产林约占100万亩。随着杨树栽培面积的不断扩大,杨树蛀干害虫为害也日趋严重,给林业生产造成了重大经济损失。对杨树的生产发展,特别是速生丰产林的营造威胁极大。蛀干害虫的防治工作也逐渐引起人们的重视。现就辽宁省杨树蛀干害虫的发生与防治问题谈几点看法。
