通过开展一系列扎实有效的工作，巴陵石化公司新的企业文化得到了上下的认同，核心理念、行为准则正逐步深入人心。 近期，巴陵石化公司召开“提升执行力——企业文化建设推进会”，将“企业文化推广年”活动引向深入。就如何再造企业文化，笔者专访了公司董事长兼总经理、第十届全国人大代表张德明。
Through a series of solid and effective work, the new corporate culture of Baling Petrochemical Company has been recognized from top to bottom, and the core concepts and code of conduct are gradually gaining in people’s hearts. Recently, Baling Petrochemical Company held the “Improve Executive - Corporate Culture Construction Promotion Meeting” to intensify the “Corporate Culture Promotion Year” campaign. In terms of how to recreate corporate culture, the author interviewed Chairman and General Manager of the company and Zhang Deming, representative of the 10th National People’s Congress.
