中国通过提供廉价商品和购买美国国债,每年大概向美国提供200亿美元的补贴。这个世界最大的不平衡并不是中美两国贸易间的失衡,而是中国的价格红利补贴美国的消费红利,中国靠压低要素价格让美国享受着低廉的商品。
China provides approximately US$20 billion in subsidies to the United States each year by providing cheap goods and buying US Treasury bonds. The biggest imbalance in the world is not the imbalance between the trade between China and the United States. It is that China’s price bonus subsidizes the US consumer dividend. China lowers the factor price to allow the United States to enjoy low-priced goods.
