随着社会经济和现代科技的进步与发展,人民的生活水平和社会经济模式都在逐步发生着变化。分享经济模式通过对闲置资源的重新调配实现了社会资源的优化管理,并进一步解放了劳动力,从而促进了更多行业的快速发展。然而新兴经济模式的飞速发展也给当前既有的人力资源管理理念和管理办法带来了巨大的挑战。本人从分享经济时代的内涵出发,对分享经济模式给人力资源管理工作带来的挑战进行了深入的分析与探究。
With the social economy and the progress and development of modern science and technology, people’s living standards and socio-economic patterns are gradually changing. Sharing economic model through the redeployment of idle resources to achieve the optimal management of social resources, and further liberation of the workforce, thus contributing to the rapid development of more industries. However, the rapid development of the emerging economic model also poses a huge challenge to the existing human resource management concepts and management methods. Starting from the connotation of sharing economy era, I deeply analyze and probe into the challenge of sharing economic model to human resource management.
